How to Build a $1m+ Shopify eCommerce Website

I've been running a 7 figure Shopify eCommerce account for a few years. If you have a great product but just aren't getting sales...let's chat.

What I've learned is that you have two basic components to have success.

1. Traffic (Paid advertising, affiliate marketing, etc)
2. Conversion (Testing, email flows, abandon cart, upsells, Shopify Apps...etc)

Within those two categories it's possible to get really deep although if you are at least 80% proficient at all the right things...all the little cogs make the machine turn. The problem is some people try to get really good at a few things but are missing the key little parts to build a high revenue generating website.
