Before I became a CEO, I was first and foremost a husband and a father. Throughout my career, I have strived to excel in multiple areas of my life, not just in business. This is harder said than done, and I've learned so much in the process. I'm passionate about helping others achieve this balance themselves.

Scaling a business is not easy. I've been in leadership roles and helped scale CPG companies to $40 million in global sales. I have experience with retail and DTC, domestic and international. Every athlete needed a coach to reach peak performance, and the same is true for executives. I know first hand how lonely it can be at the top, which is why I work with executives and leaders and help them get the clarity and confidence they need to lead, and not just manage, their organizations.
