Beth has strong project management skills: she is amazingly detail-oriented and takes her work product seriously. I could trust her to help us develop a well-executed final project, and keep us informed throughout.
Source: LinkedIn Jia Jia Ye Aug 12, 2014Beth is the perfect fit for any growing startup or agile company. She is intelligent, enthusiastic and understands the needs of a growing startup. Her "get things done" personality and experience working in startup brands make her the perfect fit for the type of fast-paced, changing environment she seeks. She's a natural entrepreneur.
Beth came to Windowfarms with an energy and drive. She has a deep passion for organized processes and turns a firehose of sales into streamlined operations. Beth jumped right in and worked on several tested iterations of e-commerce and wholesale/ retailing strategy. She moved between operations, vendor management, and sales tasks with ease. She negotiated retail and online dropship partnership deals. She created procurement, inventory, budget and processes. She was liaison to logistics and fulfillment partners, renegotiating terms and costs. She created purchasing budgets, pricing tools, an RA process. She got the rest of the team excited about calendaring and business cycles. She proposed and implemented strategies and tests from shipping to pricing.
Beth is a risk-taker who's not afraid to ask for anything. She will do what it takes to get the job done well and efficiently. She's brings a delightful "lean-in" friendliness and positivity to sales and partnerships, which lead to win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
Beth is a valuable asset. Don't miss her.
Source: LinkedIn Britta Riley Aug 12, 2014Beth is a great team player. She works hard and is able to pick things up quickly while maintaining a great positive attitude. I recommend her to anyone looking for a solid biz dev, operations, or sales/marketing resource.
Source: LinkedIn Antonio Hernandez Aug 12, 2014As CTO at Windowfarms, I was glad to have Beth join the team and take on so much in such a short period of time. Beth is bold, smart and can handle anything. She's an outgoing go-getter type who makes things happen, is dedicated and passionate about growing the business, and would be great in any business development role. She's open to any new ideas, new technology and embraces change and the agile start-up environment.
Beth is also an eager and fast learner who asks good questions when she needs help, but she's also resourceful and very capable of finding out how to do things on her own. She learned our Magento ecommerce platform, took it upon herself to learn basic HTML for eCommerce and Wordpress updates; taught herself InDesign, and embraced all our other tools - Asana for project management, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Desk.com, Vertical Response, Mailchimp, etc.
She worked with me on mining customer and partner data, sales and customer acquisition tests, determining shipping weights and costs in Magento, and a number of other business intelligence projects.
I highly recommend Beth and know whoever works with her will have a great resource on their team!
Source: LinkedIn Skyler Shepard Aug 12, 2014I've had the pleasure of having Beth as my Assistant on two occaisions, both at FMG & and years later re-hired her at May Co. She has the desire and dedication along with a strong sense of style that are key factors in a strong product manager.
