He was creative in a department where you usually don't find creativity. He knew how to balance the pragmatic, rule-focused corporate world with the human capital and emotional side of managing people. There were many times, Anthony caused me to pause and rethink something. He tops my list of the best human resource (talent officers) people I've even worked with. Anthony has special talents of his own.

At Zeta as COO, Anthony had to juggle and manage hundreds of people across the states and in our office overseas. He had to deal with different issues and personalities across our many different business units (email, search, web dev, creative, social, mobile, full-service, sales, marketing, tech, etc). As I watched from afar, I was extremely impressed with his ability to sit back and listen and get to the heart of the issue by asking the right questions. What problems would take many companies weeks or months to solve, Anthony was able to resolve in days. His background in HR and talent evaluation makes Anthony a great executive.
