I had the opportunity to work directly with Andrew in planning and building our company’s lead generation process. Andrew’s foundational work informed the structure, business rationale, and development of analysis tools which has become part of our enterprise process today. The early work he led is largely responsible for how our company has operationalized, funded and hired to support the lead generation process. I found Andrew be a highly skilled strategist, with a great working style. I experienced this first-hand watching Andrew analyze data sources, uncovering key insights and applying those insight in his work. Andrew also demonstrated impressive executive negotiation and communication skills in quickly developing alignment and buy-in amongst our senior sponsors and stakeholders. Andrew is a brilliant strategic thinker. He has an ability to dive into ambiguity and pull out synthesized nuggets of actionable next steps. He made major contributions during his time at Klick, some of which are still referenced to this day. I see him contributing best when he's wearing a consultant hat, although his versatility means that he's equally strong in an operational role or leading a team. In the few projects I worked on with Andrew directly, I was very impressed by his ability to always see the bigger picture in all circumstances, and drive forward the strategic agenda for the projects.
