In 2016, Lamorte co-authored Objectives and Key Results, published by Wiley and his next book, The OKRs Fieldbook, is slated for publication in 2020.
Ben holds a graduate degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and has 15 years of experience as a management consultant, sales and marketing executive, and financial modeler.
