CEO - Deleveraging the company by lowering the product stock value to it's actual monthly turnover, improving cashflow, and getting the company out of it's loans and onto working with it's own cash. (partly done during Corona). Re-focusing of the business model, company mentality and department structures and procedures. This was achieved in a 2 year time frame.
