My company offers strategy and business development consultancy for large scale governmental projects (mainly in the Tech field), large companies, and startups (mainly Tech).
For large governmental projects:
1.For a $500Bn “city of the future” that is being developed I am involved in developing the framework for the Tech Ecosystem there (gathering big names from Silicon Valley and other high profile names from this sector for defining the best strategy) and also I select/propose startups and large companies that can be part of that ecosystem and therefore access regional business opportunities
2.For a large EU country we're gathering experts to create a strategy for the Tech ecosystem there. The experts together with the country’s political leaders will create a country strategy in this field.
For startups:
-strategy and business development consultancy, helping startups to access new global markets, and to expand presence in existing ones
-as a rule of thumb, we focus on high scalability & reduced cost structures, like establishing partnerships with established large companies or collaborating with large tech companies that can considerably scale the sales effort for us with minimum of costs
-we suggest various pivoting options, in order to address new niches, and create potential new services in partnership with the established companies/tech consultancy companies that we are in touch with
-access to investors, and help in preparing the company for an investment
-network of highly skilled entrepreneurs/executives that can join the startup as advisors
For large companies:
-High level business development – access at the executive level to potential new clients and partnerships
