Fikret Baltaoglu currently works as the General Manager of Expanscience Laboratoires Turkey, Northern Cyprus, Georgia & "STAN" countries. In his current role he restructured the sales and marketing organization, re engineered go to market strategy and segmentation, implemented sellout vision, redesigned communication strategy, brand portfolio and revamped automation through new ERP & CRM, Customer services and sales effectiveness. He has worked in FMCG personal care and OTC industry for over 20 years in multinational corporations such as Unilever and L'Oreal in Turkey. From 1994 to April 2013, Mr. Baltaoglu worked with L'Oreal at various senior level roles ending his tenure as the Sales Director for cosmetics. In this role, he re-engineered sales standards and processes like customer classification, conditional & unconditional advantages strategy, and sales force efficiency, direct vs. indirect channel structure, stock management and retailer and distributor management. As the Customer Marketing Director at L'Oreal, a position that he served from 2002 until 2007, he was responsible for formulating and executing marketing strategies, improved shop in shop concept and redesigned in store marketing activities. He also initiated new distributorship, stock management, budget, and risk management and automation systems in his prior roles.
