After spending eight years in the field of strategy and organization consulting at Accenture and Bossard Consultants, I have served as Associate Director at Ernst & Young Business Advisory from 2000 to 2011, where he founded the “Support for Complex Projects” activity and co-founded the “Organization, Human Resources and Change Management” activities. For several years, i also managed the Marketing & Customer activity. I worked alongside Gabrielle Roland, the founder in France of the ASE educational method, and Pierre Doré, the founder of the European Institute for Leadership with whom he founded the Change Management activity at Ernst & Young and pursued activities devoted to accelerated strategic decision-making. In 2011, i founded The Yellow Submarine Group, an expert network of consultants in strategy, management, change and coaching based on the principle that, rather than separating these spheres of analysis and action, the transformation of organizations requires that they be dealt with simultaneously and jointly (i.e. systemically).
