I am currently an Organizer & Facilitator for Startup Weekend, the best place where you experiment how it is to be an entrepreneur, all in 54 hours.
I have successfully grew and managed a community of 700 managers and entrepreneurs from Transylvania. Organized monthly business networking events. Right now, I am doing the same things, but for startups in Cluj: http://cluj.startupweekend.org

It's Vlad's credit that I learned about business networking as a concept and tool through Romanian Managers. Vlad saw the opportunity to bring the Romanian Managers events to Cluj-Napoca.
