In my latest big job, I was assigned to plan, implement and execute a development of Company, which essentially was in trade only, towards Project business. The Company is situated in U.A.E. and the core of business is Lighting, electrical, controls and decorative products. I planned created the new structure, appointed and trained the new employees for the roles planned. One of my most important tasks was to establish processes – information flow, constant knowledge acquisition; market research, potential customers database building, communication to market, customer relations; products and suppliers relations development; bonus system, sales targets; project estimation, ROI analysis & acquisition; installation, commissioning & completion; warranty services. Thus, the Company is involved already and executes complex high end Projects, to renowned customers in UAE.

I have long experience in business development with famous professional brands, like Philips Lighting, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Tridonic, etc.

My lighting expertise developed through the years, sometimes as a separate business, in Philips Lighting, other times was part of complex businesses - energy saving, sustainability, construction, building management. I studied, experienced and believe in the psychological and biological effect of the Lighting, not only in the visual effect, decorative effect or cosines. I have my own study for Dubai Airport, for how jet lag can be healed with Human centric lighting.

I am experienced in managing various Projects - simple construction, technological subcontracting, complex civil + technology, nationwide, international ones.
