At 16, I founded and built a SaaS eCommerce ratings business from $0 to a highly profitable $6M/year in recurrent revenue over a decade, bootstrapped (no funding) and with no debt. In the process, I sold the business once for $4M in '99 at age 21, bought it back for $32k in '02, and sold it again to Answers.com in '12 in a large exit as the sole shareholder with no debt.
I have also founded several other successful Internet companies over the past 10 years, including SysOpt.com (computer hardware reviews and community), Dealighted (deals site reaching 4M users/mo), TechIMO (tech enthusiast discussions), and PhotoPost (photo sharing software for websites).
I have initiated and closed large licensing deals with Google and Microsoft, and the platform that I created attracted 2,000 eCommerce customers including Barnes and Noble, HomeDepot, Wayfair, Newegg, L'Occitane, and many other notables.
My current angel investments include Compology (smart waste management), Hand-Up (directed giving program in SF), and Framed Data (user retention done right).
