Ran the very first hackathon the company ever made worldwide and learned Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies from the people who invented them, like Stanford University, IDEO, frog, SOS Ventures and Google.
Since 2002 understanding Chinese user needs and tailoring cars for this market as a technical project manager of A6L, Q5 and A4L which I successfully launched and which all three are significant cornerstones of our company's revenue. Cooperating in a joint-venture environment, managing an automotive development process across partners and cultures which included a lot of negotiation.
