Taryn's second business, theright.fit is a two-sided marketplace for creative talent, making it easy, efficient and cost effective for brands to book campaigns, from TVCs, print campaigns, events and social media executions. Theright.fit is backed by one of Australia’s leading venture capital firms, Airtree Ventures, along with leading international strategic partners and funds, and is utilised by brands like Canva, Qantas and Koala. Taryn successfully exited the business in 2022 to an international holding group.
Taryn has appeared extensively in the media and is a speaker of choice for the Commonwealth Bank, Business Chicks, Hootsuite, Pause Fest, WA Tourism, ADMA, Collective Hub, and Sydney Vivid Festival. Taryn is a regular commentator on the tech industry, women in business, leadership and influencer marketing and is a Board Director of Tech Sydney, & the Digital + Technology Collective (formerly AIMIA). She’s also a judge for the B&T Women in Tech Awards, and AMY Awards.
