Taryn has featured in the Women in Media Power List multiple times, was named B&T Hot 30 under 30, SmartCompany 30 under 30, and been a finalist for numerous awards, including the Female Entrepreneur Awards, Women’s Agenda Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year and Australian Institute of Management Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Taryn's second business, theright.fit is a two-sided marketplace for creative talent, making it easy, efficient and cost effective for brands to book campaigns, from TVCs, print campaigns, events and social media executions. Theright.fit is backed by one of Australia’s leading venture capital firms, Airtree Ventures, along with leading international strategic partners and funds, and is utilised by brands like Canva, Qantas and Koala. Taryn successfully exited the business in 2022 to an international holding group.
Taryn has appeared extensively in the media and is a speaker of choice for the Commonwealth Bank, Business Chicks, Hootsuite, Pause Fest, WA Tourism, ADMA, Collective Hub, and Sydney Vivid Festival. Taryn is a regular commentator on the tech industry, women in business, leadership and influencer marketing and is a Board Director of Tech Sydney, & the Digital + Technology Collective (formerly AIMIA).
