I have been investing in real estate since 1999 when I was 18 years old. I was forced to find creative ways to finance and do deals because I didn't have any money for down payments or repairs. I have become an expert in dealmaking and have seen almost any situation that could come up in any real estate transaction. I have bought and sold over 100 properties in the last 12 years. I borrowed millions of dollars from banks in my early to mid 20s. I specialize in single families for rental properties and also for flipping. I have wholesaled many deals with assignment fees or double closings without ever using a dime of my own money. I am very experienced with hard money lenders and how to use them to gain wealth very rapidly. The markets are always changing and there are many ways to profit from ANY market with the right skills and strategies.

I also work with clients that are entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs who are just starting out in their business.
