1. Kostiantyn is a Founder of the international volunteer movement "Solution" which strives to make a difference and help NPOs, philanthropists, volunteer communities, organizations, businesses, and individuals solve social problems easier and faster through technologies. Together with an amazing team and representatives from over 30+ countries, they develop a social platform that will help people start living better lives and make our world a better place for current and future generations.
2. As Senior Business System Analyst, Kostiantyn has been a part of over 100+ IT projects globally with people from over 80 countries and customers from 19 countries: the USA, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Poland, Sweden, Israel, Kazakhstan, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Ukraine, Latvia, Cyprus, Georgia.
3. Before Kostiantyn founded Solution, he had the privilege to work with customers from Forbes 2000 and many successful Ukrainian companies such as Toyota, Nestle, British American Tobacco, Philip Morris, Auchan, IKEA, JYSK, ASBISc, McCarthy Holdings, Glovo, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Prozorro.Sale, Rozetka, Allo, Foxtrot, Kyivstar, Universal bank, OTP Bank, WayForPay, A-ba-ba-ha-la-ma-ha, Viasat Ukraine.
4. During his career he had a chance to gain experience in 27+ domains: Agriculture and Horticulture, Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, IT Services, Leisure and Entertainment, Sport, Education, Food Processing, Real Estate, Transportation, Fashion, Trade, Construction and Building Materials, Furniture, E-commerce, Government Sector, Fulfillment, Courier, and Parcel Delivery, FinTech, Energy, Automotive Services, Charity, Civil Rights, and Environment.
5. As a volunteer, Kostiantyn was part of a few communities & organizations, such as the Debate Federation of Ukraine, No Waste Ukraine, and Youth for Peace. In such organizations, Kostiantyn was involved in active volunteering, organizing events, training people to improve their skills, donations support, and other activities.
6. Kostiantyn also support young specialists and had a chance to lecture courses in ITEA & Art Lemon. Also, he is active coach & mentor in debate community and help young mentees improve their skills.
7. Lastly, Kostiantyn is a debater and during his student life had a chance to participate in 37+ international and national debate tournaments and events where he became a winner, best speaker, best judge, finalist, semifinalist, or just participant.
