Leo started his career at NYC ad agencies leading new business sales pitches and marketing for clients. He began at J. Walter Thompson and later moved to the digital ad agency 360i, where he was social media lead on high profile brands, such as Oreo, a pioneer in real-time marketing (Oreo Blackout Tweet, Daily Twist, and so on), and he won multiple awards, including a CLIO Award, Cannes Lions, and a Guinness World Record.
Leo later joined top technology companies Accenture and Expion (bought by Sysomos - both SaaS enterprise technology companies), in leadership positions, as Director of Client Strategy and Vice President of Client Strategy respectively, and supported their growth by directly increasing sales, prospect/client satisfaction, thought leadership, developing new offerings/features, and actively supporting marketing goals.
Currently, Leo is a partner at Blackbox AI (an artificial intelligence technology provider) where he is responsible for client strategy.
