I run an organization with a $4M budget, over 50 staff and over 1,000 volunteers. I have degrees in business, law, and theology. My work focuses on strategic planning, organization-wide implementation, team building, leadership development and public speaking.
I lead our Executive Team of five for strategic planning and execution for the entire organization. I also oversee our Directors team of thirteen for implementation of our vision. I speak regularly to over 1,000 people. Before leading this organization, I practiced estate planning and probate law for high net-worth families.
