Currently, I run a marketing and growth consulting collective called Visible Factors. We've worked with companies like Vevo, Luxe, thredUP, and Secret in the past to help grow traffic, users, and revenue. I've had great success setting up the Growth Mechanism to help companies like Ranker drive 12MM SEO uniques or Luxe increase reservation volume by 600%+.

I've worked at marketplaces, consulted for many marketplaces, and founded my own Marketplace called Eventup. I love figuring out the supply/demand challenges and have had a knack for being able to figure them out and grow them significantly.

How do I get started in SEM with no actual experience in it? I want to do some Lead Gen for other businesses.

Read some industry blogs like semoz.com or searchengineland.com. Then, I would say try to get your own site built up and generating leads. One step at a time.
