I'm a Human Resources professional with 20 years of generalist background with experience in industry with fluent English and intermediate Spanish. My main strength is to develop people, focusing in their professional and personal purposes. I've acted as HR Business Partner in a multinational automotive company, working on projects involving business units in Latin America and other regions (NORTH AMERICA, EUROPE, ASIA). Experience supporting different clients such as: Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Supply Chain Communication and Legal. Throughout this time, I've been planning, implementing and managing projects, programs and processes involving all HR subsystems: Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Career & Succession Plan, Performance Evaluation, Organizational Diagnosis, Change Management, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, Internal Communications, International Mobility and expatriation knowlegde, among others.
