Suresh Kumar is a Charismatic Leader and Professional Scholar at University of Phoenix. I would highly recommend Suresh to anyone that wants to learn and be energized, by how he teaches Business Strategic/Strategy planning.

As a previous student of Suresh Kumar, I was motivated by his style of teaching. He also introduces new ways to plan, think and succeed with confidence in the classroom and in the real business world.

Suresh has the ability to reach students, with clarification and support by offering his wealth of knowledge and business experiences.

Suresh is a rare breed that represents the best of academia and entrepreneurship. As an academic, he's reached high levels of success both in the classroom and in research/publication.

These real-life experiences have given Suresh a perspective very few in the world have. He has a healthy respect for academia but doesn't drink all the kool-aid it serves. He has boldly challenged closed minded and myopic thinking. He has brought fresh perspectives and solutions to the marketplace and proven them in his own businesses.

I've had a chance to collaborate and work with Suresh for the better of two years now and find him to be an avid supporter of the entrepreneurial eco-system around the world. He has painstakingly pursued his life passon of connecting the disjointed parts of the eco-system together. Whether in his local efforts in New Jersey, his work with the Kauffman Foundation or Global initiatives, he is a fantastic champion of entrepreneurship. I recommend his work, his presentations and his friendship to any person or organization who shares these same passions.

I met Suresh through the doctoral consortium of ICSB and was taken by his fascinating dissertation topic and by his entrepreneurial background. (Second Inc 500 company AND doing a PhD - I was intrigued, especially as Suresh is one of these people who has terrific people skills -a persuader not a manipulator.) Most of all, I was taken by his keen insight that the gulf between practice and the ivory tower was bridgeable. Many have noted this; few have seen what it takes to do that.

We have collaborated on multiple projects ranging from serious scholarly work (e.g., a Babson paper & journal submission) to work trying to develop programming and processes to help develop entrepreneurial communities and growing truly entrepreneurial mindsets. Again, not a few have seen the need for this twin agenda but fewer see how to really do it.

He really like the thought of being a "thrower of hand grenades" but he is first and foremost an entrepreneur. If he started a venture where I could help, I'd be there in a heart beat.

Suresh is a solid entrepreneur with more than one great success, but I really want to see Suresh as a social entrepreneur advancing an important cause!

As part of the Indo-American Task Force, I had the pleasure of working with Suresh. All of us were volunteers, working on a political agenda and Suresh was one of the thought leaders who helped shape the group's perspectives, goals and agenda. He was truly thoughtful, a generous listner and a clear thinker. I look forward to working with him again in the near future...
