20 years in ecom/experience technology, driving more than $1B in new deals directly. Most success has been in smaller to midsize orgs who want go to market with a compelling solution and then deliver results. Have very strong experience delivering the end-to-end value chain: G2M strategy, prospecting, deal structures and modelling, negotiating both fixed and variable product/service rates, support service terms, SLA, penalties, etc, papering to close including legal/redline oversight and hand off strategies for effective implementation.
