I am an ICF-certified coach with a legacy of working collaboratively to empower leaders with the tools needed to succeed, spanning 18+ years in international environments.
I have a strong foundation in marketing and communications strategy, HR management, change management, and cultural transformation; and I have delivered over 500 hours of coaching to leaders and teams to date.
Inherently people-centric, my passion lies in leadership development and nurturing collaborative, diverse, and inclusive environments. My interest in leadership coaching emerged from my experiences navigating change and ambiguity and my observations of the challenges of the modern workforce.
I believe everyone is a leader – and leadership is not merely a title or position. Leadership is about the impact we have on the people around us – and it starts from within. Leading ourselves is the first step to leading others.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of serving in a variety of capacities including Senior Brand Manager & Innovation Champion, Talent Manager, and DEI and Leadership Coach. I’ve also been a Business HR partner to senior leaders, wherein we work together to foster more inclusive environments premised upon psychological safety – and collaboration.
