I'm Chef Blaise. As the oldest of three sons, both my parents worked a lot and one of the ways to spend time with him was to cook. Sometime after high school, I decided to take this seriously, I went to Culinary School and cooked at several places. I began to work and travel shortly after. I've been to Alaska, Washington, California, Hawaii just to name a few. After doing this for 17 years, I've picked up quite a bit from all of the people I have cooked alongside and I'm happy to share it with you.
