There is one thing nobody can deny about Russ: he is very positive. When the chips are down and everyone fears the worse, Russ has this unique ability to pull the group together and point out the advantages of the situation. But his often overlooked quality is his listening skill, which I believe is his secret to gaining the trust of everyone around him. Personally, I am surprised he is not already promoted to lead the entire business.

Russ and I worked together on several wireless network deployments for Safeco in Seattle, WA. Although the project spanned several months, the coordination between various trades and Safeco often required last minute requests for resources from Russ and his team. Additionally, he was asked to help solve several implementation challenges that were clearly outside of his area of responsibility. Throughout the project, Russ remained focused on achieving superior results for his customer. When faced with high pressure and somewhat stressful situations, he simply would not crack. I can't recall a time that I did not see him with a smile on his face or a positive word to share.

It was truly a pleasure working with Russ. I would not hesitate to work with him again if the opportunity arises. He is a true professional and definitely an asset to every effort he is a part of.

Over the last 2 years I have had the pleasure of working with Russ at Netversant in Seattle where he is the National Director of Wireless Operations.

Russ is organized, efficient, and willing to do whatever is needed to get a particular task finished to the satisfaction of his clients. Because there were often last-minute deadlines, his cooperative attitude and good cheer were important and appreciated by all employees.

During the two years I worked with Russell on an Enterprise Wireless deployment for Swedish Medical Center, he diplayed an extremely high level of professionalism, was very detail oriented and ensured that the resources assigned to him completed their tasks on time.
