Ray is a longtime trainer and consultant in the productivity technology, marketing and management arenas for Small Business. He has been managing and facilitating the two largest Getting Things Done (GTD) Meetups in New York City and Washington, D.C., since 2008.
He's also the host of ProdPod, the podcast of personal productivity lessons in two minutes or less, which was one of Inc.com / BusinessInsider.com's top 10 productivity podcasts for 2016 and 2017; we recently hit 363,000 downloads (with well over 3.3 million feed hits). Further, he hosts the largest personal productivity virtual book club (and podcast), Productivity Book Group, among many other productivity groups online and in-person.
Ray has been teaching workshops and coaching clients on the nexus of personal productivity principles (inclusive of focus, habit and motivation), technology skills and tools, and management soft skills for more than a decade throughout the United States.
As an Evernote Certified Consultant, certified in several Google products (AdWords, G Suite Certified Administrator, Analytics, etc.), and a Google Small Business Advisor for Productivity, Ray comes across business owners, executives and professionals at every stage of their productive work. His mission with every client is help them identify/assess where they are, and coach or train them toward where they want to get to with less stress and more work done.
