I have helped to build multiple successful retail bicycle stores. I have certifications from some of the largest brands in the cycling world including SRAM, Shimano, Specializec, and Trek among others. My experience and expertise extends from daily operations to market devoplment, community outreach, process development and implementation all the way down to mechanical repairs/service. I have had my hands in every aspect of the retail bicycle sales and service world and have personally managed nearly every aspect of the business at one point or another.
