I have helped to build multiple successful retail bicycle stores. I have certifications from some of the largest brands in the cycling world including SRAM, Shimano, Specializec, and Trek among others. My experience and expertise extends from daily operations to market devoplment, community outreach, process development and implementation all the way down to mechanical repairs/service. I have had my hands in every aspect of the retail bicycle sales and service world and have personally managed nearly every aspect of the business at one point or another. I can provide a unique and in depth perspective on anything cycling related as well as advice on systems integration, sales coaching, and product selection and merchandising.

Having been deeply involved in the retail bicycle world for over a decade I can provide advise and guidance as well insight into the mentality of the end user. I am a certified master bicycle mechanic with detailed experience in all disciplines of bicycles. In addition to being a professional mechanic I am also a devoted and avid cyclist in many disciplines including, road, mountain, fat biking, cyclocross, adventure, etc. I have over the years put my hands on hundreds of thousands of cycling products and have spent the better part of the last decade guiding cyclist in selection, service and use of cycling products.
