Rhonda Fairman A Web Developer/Marketer for 18 years

Rhonda always responded to the companies needs in a timely fashion and was the lead in bringing new software and systems into the plant.
Rhonda always used her time well and managed approx 40 in house clients. I would recomend her for any IT position that she applied herself to.

Rhonda started as web designer under contract (HTML coder), and was hired full time and became web admin, and web developer very quickly.

She learned Cold Fusion and Microsoft IIS Server by herself. She was client prime and provided excellent service. She deployed many intranet sites that relied fully on Cold Fusion. Guiding graphic designers on web element creation - she would deploy full sites for internal clients. Later, Rhonda defined the tools for Web stats/reports and they were implemented at the individual site level at each server. Also, she compeleted the research and development of survey tools for client deployments.

I was glad to have Rhonda as part of the team, and would not hesitate to hire her again.
