Full-stack web developer turn lean startup advocate, mentor, speaker and writer. I'm a Lean Startup Machine mentor and speaker. I've also spoken at Lean Startup conference in San Francisco. Let me tell you how you're sucking at being lean.
I've had the privilege to be Ramli's business partner, classmate, roommate and friend for the past 2 years. He has kept the same high level of integrity and good cheer through everything. He has an infectious and relentless drive to pursue anything he sets his mind to and makes sure that the people he works with are equally motivated. He is equally comfortable setting business strategy as he is in rapidly building technical prototypes. This, combined with him being on of the fastest learners I have ever met, make him an ideal person to rely on for quick wins, and anything that requires a good old hustle. I would not hesitate to work with him again on any future projects.
With experiences in computer science and programming, Ramli demonstrates strong expertise in web app and mobile development. Technical skills aside, where I believe Ramli can add the greatest value to a team is his natural ability to serve as an inspiring mentor to all those around him. I know very few people with his drive, zest for success, and comprehensive knowledge of technical skills, entrepreneurship, and network. Ramli is a strong team player, as well as a broad-minded engineer who can take on even the most challenging projects. He has shown accurate analytical capability and willingness for both personal and professional development. It was a pleasure to work with Ramli and I would highly recommend anyone who has the opportunity to work with him to take it.
Ramli has worked for me for just over two years and in that time he has proven to be an asset to the company and the department. He came straight out of school with both feet running. He has learned a lot in the last couple of years and I am sure he will do well in whatever he sinks his teeth into.
