Recommending Rama, I'll have to start with his open-minded approach toward startup founders. Founders can be difficult to communicate with because they usually are single-minded right? It's a good thing in many ways actually and it takes passion to understand: That's exactly what Rama has a lot of.
Through my experience knowing him, Rama reflected his love of what he's doing by action. He is one of the founder of a movement that unite startups. I sincerely believe his passion kept him objective and that's a very good trait to incubate startup founders shape the future.
Whether your company is a startup or a VC, both ways you guys are gonna benefit from his VAST experience and knowledge of Indonesia's local startup scene. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
