Rajesh is an accomplished General Management and Human Resources leader. Besides managing large global organisations, he is experienced at incubating, mentoring and growing organisations through their startup and growth phases. He is experienced across industries and geographies particularly Asia Pacific and India.
He enjoys steering leadership teams and organisations through strategic change and in providing transitionary leadership and change management. He is an active Board member and a Stanford University ‘d school’ educated Design Thinking Practitioner.
In addition he is passionate about nurturing startups and an Angel Investor.
