MenuHow efficiently can live chat work with integrations?
There are companies like DeskMoz (https://deskmoz.com) which are dealing greatly with live chat tool, They covered it completely by providing 24x7 live chat trained agents. But the main question arises when it comes to integration, There are lots of platform like WordPress, google analytics and various plugins which can be more beneficial to a company. What is the response to every live chat tool with integrations?
Answers
Most live chat tools are encapsulated in a Javascript snippet to add to your site.
WordPress, for example, may provide a plugin + if you look at the plugin code, usually the code simply injects the Javascript snippet.
This said, all you really require... choose how you'd like the live chat icon/window/widget to display + likely the live chat provider will have a library of code to display their live chat window in different ways.
As per my experience we have been using Zendesk and didn't face any issues either with technicalities or support.

Is it OK to end services or support when a customer did not pay the cost of services/support or did not renewal contract in software industry?
If I understand you correctly, you're saying a customer agreed to pay you for services (product and/or support), either through posted prices and a shrink-wrapped license or through a written contract, and then you provided those services, and then they didn't pay? And you're asking whether it's "OK" that they didn't pay? Of course it's not OK! Is there any business who could operate in that fashion? The way it affects the customer relationship is you don't have a customer relationship. You have a situation where they are taking advantage of you. A relationship goes in two directions.JC

As an accounting graduate with no money and no connections, how do I start my own consulting firm? And how do I get clIents?
STOP. DO NOT DO THIS.... I would never want help from someone like you. Don't get me wrong -- you aren't evil (that I know about) but you don't seem have any value that I could pay for. What would you be "consulting" a CEO like me about? How do you expect to make my business better when you don't have a clue about your own business? THAT'S THE TRUTH... Fuck the truth. If you want to get clients then you hustle -- every waking moment. You try an angle and fail and then try a different angle. You can't outsmart your way to bigger results. 2 plus 2 does not equal 4 -- it equals you going bankrupt. If you want to be successful then you need to exert massive amounts of effort to get off the ground. So get your ass out there and start asking everyone you meet: "What is that one big accounting question that's been bothering you for some time now? If I can't help you i'll buy you a cup of coffee" Then just go be a badass...DW

What are the internet companies doing the best customer service? And is Zappos still top 10?
Way too many to list. The usual suspects include: Amazon, Westjet Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Apple etc. I'm focused on new(ish) tech companies and their approach to customer service such as: Silvercar, Airbnb, ZenPayroll, Oscar.MF

Is there any typical questions for customers' pain points discovery or it's impossible to standardise?
I have built several multi-million dollar businesses using (2) very simple questions: "What makes you say that...." and "Tell me more...." No matter what someone says to you, you just keep asking one (or both) of the questions. If you do it 4 or 5 times in a row you'll learn everything you ever wanted to know.DW

Is there any alternative to Yotpo app that can be integrated with any platform?
If you have international customers who speak other languages, response is lower when you speak to them in English. Solutions like Trustpilot handle that. Have implemented them plus some other methods for international customers in various countries, would be good to know a bit more about your specific requirements and share some tips on a phone call.GS
