It helps a great deal. Data analysis in sales and marketing is an integral part of digital marketing success. However, I would not dismiss the "PEOPLE FACTOR."
Nothing can replace the human interaction for sales and marketing.
For ordertaking, perhaps.
For complex sales? I don't believe so. Computers cannot determine What Question To Ask. They can only ask questions that have already been provided.
I don't see AI digging for pain, building desire, or otherwise being able to emotionally involve prospects.
