Question
I have a Standard Operating Procedure but with the client interaction component it requires empathy and time with the client (remote). Not just mechanical Turk.
Hire a part time highly experienced PM who can be ramped up and taking on client projects and interactions in a few days?
Or... hire a mid grade PM and ramp them in 30 days?
Outsource project management? How do you even do that?
Other ideas?
