Question
Hi. My name is Josue, and I'm an experienced marketing leader.
I've been doing Clarity consulting calls on the side for a couple years. Almost every single call has been positive and I usually get great feedback during the call and after. Almost always, people will say something to the effect of, "I'd like to implement some of your ideas and schedule a follow up call down the road". But, no one ever has. I'd like to get more repeat business.
Any ideas, suggestions or advice on how to increase repeat calls?
The one factor that could be impacting this is my increases in call rates. I've since brought it back down to a lower rate when contrasted with more well known profiles here on Clarity. I intend to keep that ready steady for at least a year to ensure its not impacting my ability to get calls scheduled.
Thank you for taking the time to respond.
Answer
Provide value up front, and at the end of the call, give them an irresistible offer using their own language solving their problems. Before you get off the call, get email and phone numbers and follow up with them at a predetermined time. Follow up with them, don't wait for them to contact you.
