MenuHas anyone had experience productizing digital marketing services into a well-coordinated marketing sequence/solution?
This question has no further details.
Answers
Do you mean the marketing of such a service?
Or the fulfillment process itself?
(Yes, to both.)
You'll probably benefit from looking up some Michael Gerber / EMyth content.
Essentially, you can systemize your process, while retaining the "secret sauce" that makes what you do special. You just have to isolate what that is and ensure it's included in every project.
Yes. Don't really know what else to say but have to say something so that this answer is long enough to get approved.
Yes. I've done this for musician clients. There are several online tools you can utilize (many of them transaction based) to beta test your solution before you develop it. For example, you could launch a course as a product, and try it out on your lead base before your develop a true platform. The obvious key is converting people to your process, so working on the kinks with a course-based launch is a good way to go. You could google inbound for months, or call someone who has already done this successfully... :)

What are great examples of successfully launching digital two sided marketplaces other than the Airbnb example people always quote?
Here's an evernote file of things I've found and liked around the internet re: 2 sided marketplaces. All digital, although not sure exactly how "successful" they are - but more for reference. How to gain traction as a newby on clarity.fm?
Easy: answer questions. I love to focus on questions within my defined area of expertise that don't have any answers already posted. I check this almost daily and jump in on questions I feel that I can add value to. You can also review other questions that have answers already, and offer your insights. Your message may be slightly different than other experts -- but there is beauty in that! Not every user will identify with every expert. Most of the consulting calls I have booked as a result of Clarity come from folks who read my answer to a question, not the original user who posted the question. To see success, you have to put yourself out there and commit to investing time to the community. All the best, -ShaunSN

What are the best practices in monetizing a blog post with 30k visitors consistently each month?
Don't even think about monetization yet. You want to focus on first starting to capture this month's traffic - even just 1% - as email subscribers who you can continually message and Market to. Once you have someone as a subscriber, you can now email them a dozen times over a few weeks promoting your affiliate offer, increasing the chance that they'll convert -- after all, who is more likely to convert? Someone who just read a post or someone who opted in and received a dozen trust building emails promoting a product? If you have an email list built off of this traffic you could even promote multiple products over time! If you have three compelling offers, you can pitch all three in sequence, with breaks for education and information. You're right to want to monetize this audience. First and foremost: you want to capture this audience as subscribers to your email list.KD

I have a monthly continuity program (infoproduct/coaching based).
How can I get 100 paying members at $37/month in the next year?
Place your program on JVZoo or another affiliate marketing platform and pay an affiliate fee to the marketers for promoting your program. Give away a lot of free but valuable content to your online sphere of influence through twitter, linkedin, G+, FB, etc. If you would like to schedule a free call, I'd be happy to spend a few minutes to help you out. See my profile for a promo code. Regards, Kevin McCarthy kevinmccarthy.comKM

How can I research what entrepreneurial business endeavor I would have the most success with?
You can hire amazing research talent on Upwork. Before that though, you'll have to work out what your hypothesis is, what are you trying to prove? Given what you've shared, I'd guess that you're looking for recurring income. The easiest to start might be the goal setting program if it were truly uhique. The better bet to my mind is creating a series of online courses. The online education market is booming both for traditional sites like Udemy and new entries like invitation-only Zekqr. For a very successful model for building an online course empire check out Phil Ebiner and Sarah Cordiner. Both have built profitable online business and teach about it. When it comes time to implement, you'll want to get my course, Outsourcing Made Easy on Udemy or schedule a call with me. Best, DinaDE
