B2B Marketing: What are ways to find and engage B2B beta users for a brand new application?

Joy Broto Nath , Global Corporate Trainer & Strategist answered:

First, create a website for your new application. You more than likely have a specific target audience in mind. Yet the quintessential question is whether your website is currently attracting that target audience. As with demographics, geographical data can be found under the Audience category in Google Analytics. To better understand who your visitors are, you need to understand how they are getting to your website. After you have identified your current visitors, ask yourself whether they are your target audience. On the other hand, if your analytics show you have not been attracting your target audience, your next prerogative will be to understand why and attempt to correct it. Take a close look at your site and think about what content and community building strategies you could develop to attract the right audience. On social media, you might consider targeting your ideal audience through a paid campaign. Or you might explore an organic campaign using smart hashtags. There are a few ways you can find out what content is performing well on your site and driving traffic. And lastly, you will want to understand what type of content is performing best for each acquisition channel.
