1)Firstly jargon overload , I see that a lot with founders
2)ASK!! please ask and verify what you need clearly
3)optimistic financials . This happens 90% with founders from my experience . then 5 years later we see no result lol
4) too much focus on the product and neglecting the team strength which is the core of the success
