MenuI'm looking for a full-stack CRM solution. Any ideas?
I'm looking for one integrated solution that lets me do all the following:
1. Upload leads
2. Mail merge personalised emails to those leads
3. Track them through the pipeline from lead to demo to won
4. Once they're a client, add them to a client list with revenue info, order requirements, etc
5. Let me know when they're ready for another shipment based on last order and typical time between orders
6. Send them an invoice based on the order and track when / if the invoice has been paid
7. Produce reports on revenue, number of products sold, number of clients, etc
I'm sure there are individual solutions for all these requirements, but I'd love something that did them…

What are some of your favorite services to stay in touch with contacts?? I use contactually but I feel like there is a lot room for improvement.
What kind of contacts? I find out that the way to stay in contact is to create groups or communities around them. So: Whatsapp: Family + Friends Slack: Business Wechat + Line: international friends LinkedIn: others I used contactually and it's good but its still a one-on-one that fades and doesn't feel natural. So I try to bring some people together (that I know have common interests) and that way I can jump in a have a conversation any time. If you want to know about how this have work so far, give me a call and I will be happy to share my experiences.JC

Any suggestions for a cost-effective CRM with B2B E-Commerce Option?
If $100/month is too much, then likely this business is in to early a life cycle stage to justify a CRM. My suggestion is you use https://Drip.com which starts at $50/month.DF

What are good options for CRM and some basic marketing automation for our startup? Single product or multiple through Zapier/existing integrations.
Great Question! I see you are not looking to spend too much money on this so my recommendation would be to use free tools that will only cost you the time you take to set them up yourselves. 1. Accommodating contacts (engaged vs not engaged, segmenting, custom fields and flexible reporting). For this I would recommend you use Podio. It is free for up to five users and will let you do all that and more. You can set up your templates with all the fields you want (drag & drop) and they are completely dynamic so you are welcome to change them at any point in time. 2. One Place to See All Interactions. I would use Mandrill (from the makers of Mailchimp) to send and track all mail related interactions. They have webhooks that you can use to create all sorts of custom workflows behind the scenes. Of course this also means you can integrate it with Podio's excellent API to keep all your data in the same place. Eventually you could even code in a workflow that would drip customized your content to subscribers using Mandrill. Essentially removing any need for additional software. Best of luck! And let me know if you have any more questions!AJ
