MenuAny suggestions for a cost-effective CRM with B2B E-Commerce Option?
Answers
If $100/month is too much, then likely this business is in to early a life cycle stage to justify a CRM.
My suggestion is you use https://Drip.com which starts at $50/month.
You can review ConvergeHub which is primarily for Small and Medium business offering Sales, Marketing, Service and Billing and is priced ideally for this segment. You can use Zapier integration to connect to your eCommerce platform and get everything organized in one place.
I really enjoy PipeDrive specifically for organization purposes and implementation of leads. Some of the functionality that you requested isn't present though, so it might not be your ideal fit. It would be great for your sales agents though, if you have any. Goodluck on your search! :) - Louis Coniglio
Considering your requirements for a cost-effective CRM with a B2B E-Commerce option, I'd recommend exploring SuiteCRM. It's an open-source CRM solution that allows for customization and integration, and it might suit your needs. SuiteCRM has various modules that can be tailored to your specific requirements, including those related to B2B E-Commerce.
Moreover, it's worth checking out this insightful article: https://www.cleveroad.com/blog/crm-implementation-partner/. It provides valuable guidance on selecting the right CRM implementation partner, which can be crucial in ensuring the success of your CRM deployment.
I hope this helps, and best of luck with finding the right CRM solution for your small B2B-Retailer!

What terms re-sellers use for selling SaaS?
A reseller typically purchases the SaaS at a discounted price and bill their client directly. I've seen reseller discounts range between 10% and 50%. The discount should be competitive with your industry, and allow a reasonable ROI for resellers. The reseller discount is typically for the life of the user otherwise expect resellers to offer their clients a competitor's SaaS. An affiliate or partner program that pays a commission for referring clients creates a direct relationship between your company and the users. In these types of programs, your commission could be a one-time payout upon referral, a recurring % of sale for the first year, or a recurring % of sale for the life of the client.MK

I have a service for WooCommerce users ONLY. How do I contact them smartly without going through the popular path of "Google Ads"?
Tip: Have you tried creating Facebook ads with "WooCommerce" (and variants) as Interests? Campaigns with specific interests and a few demographic filters are quite effective. Especially now that Facebook aggregates data from other online and offline sources. Good luck! Let me know if you have any more questions!AJ

How I can position my marketplace pricing model to drive sales for Agents?
You're describing the problem, it's setting, and your platform very vaguely. But from general principles, it's best to charge in the least noticeable way possible, so a % of the seller's commission would be the best method. That way it's invisible until a sale comes through, and even then, it occurs automatically as a deduction. If you charge a subscription fee you're requiring the seller to actively pull out their card and send you money, a barrier that's much harder to get them to cross than the less noticeable, passive and automatic deduction from a sale. If you'd like to discuss the issue with respect to the specifics of your particular platform and its market, let me know and we can set up a call, best, LeeLV
