Let me google that for you

I'm sure the management and salespeople of these companies can give you all the information about regulations, since it's their core business.
I would contact the Private Label Manufacturer Association http://plma.com/ that has trade shows with people who do contract packaging. You can also contact beverage equipment companies who have customers who use their equipment that can provide leads. More importantly than getting a product made, is what is your reason for a consumer to care about your product? Distribution is the real game selling products like this - I speak from experience having grown a successful wholesale bakery business. What are some ways to validate demand for a supplement you want to launch?
Did you try Google Trends? You can see if people are looking for the product you're looking to sell. You also have an option to run a Survey. Survey Monkey is probably the best. You can pay and and see the results at the end. But most importantly, what's your differentiator? Are you offering something better than your competitor or just more of the same? And don't forget, this is a regulated market. Without FDA (or whatever agency in your place) approval you can't go too far.GA

What does it cost to run a beverage company (like bolthouse)?
Though estimated costs for all of those vary, depending on how many of the components you can manage well yourself, at a minimum you can expect to pay $20,000 to professionally formulate your beverage, and perhaps another $80,000 for your first, relatively small production run.GS

Where do I find guidance and/or advice on how to set up a protocol system for potential recording studio franchises?
Check out a site called SweetProcess to help you build out systems. And also read a book called the E-Myth Revisited to learn the mindset for building them all out. Version 1.0 should be good. 1 year later you'll do a big update to it based on Franchisee feedback for V 2.0CH

How do I setup a beer marketplace?
There are a few different ways that you can get different brew companies to feature their products on your website. You can either reach out to them directly or you can work with a third-party marketing agency that specializes in helping small businesses get featured on major websites. whichever route you choose, make sure to follow these basic tips: 1. Research the company - Make sure to do your research before reaching out. Know their history, what their product lineup is, and anything else that might be important for your website. 2. Be courteous - No matter how much you may want to shout from the rooftops about how great your product is, be respectful and polite when contacting the company. Keep things professional at all times and don't insult or harass them - this will only turn them off from working with you in the future. 3. Make it easy for them - Once you've contacted the company, make it as easy as possible for them to add your product onto their website. This means providing detailed information about your product, including images and descriptions. Make sure to keep everything concise and organized so that it's easy for them to work with you. 4. Stay positive - No matter what happens between you and the company, always maintain a positive attitude and stay patient. If things don't go as planned, don't give up on yourself - there are plenty of other companies out there that would love to feature your products! Hope this helps!RC
