I'm looking for an off-the-shelf type solution that I can use to get a small community of users together to get their feedback on key areas of development of our online product. I'd like to have forum capacity, up/down voting, feature suggestions and ability to comment on UI designs.

I don't want to build out a solution for this, but hoping for a SAAS product that could help with this.

Many open-source forum software are available (that are easy to use). You can try starting with bbpress (https://bbpress.org/), wordpress.
