Founder @CopilotFamily, Mobile Security Expert, Entrepreneur, Technology Evangelist, Veteran
I am the founder of CopilotFamily.com and have over 20 years of experience in the security space. I have spent the last 5 years focused on mobile security, mobile technologies, and mobile applications.
I started CopilotFamily.com two years ago. During that time we have used or tried to use the majority of the cloud providers out there. I can discuss scaling, security or lack thereof depending on the provider, and other topics related to the cloud and delivering a sustainable SaaS model.
Many people have one strong skill, some people have two strong skills, very few people have multiple strong skills, Paul is one of those few people! Paul reminds me of a Bo Jackson commercial, Paul can sell, Paul can code, Paul can build a company! I would love to say I would work with Paul again, however I suspect I may work for Paul someday.
Paul has the unique ability to correlate the technical with business value. He is an outstanding resource and it is without hesitation that I recommend Paul.
I have worked with Paul now going on 4 years. During this time, I have gotten to know Paul and have seen his professional etiquette in meetings with customers, his vast knowledge of technology during phone conversations and his overall passion for technology while talking with him. One of his key strengths is in the field of Mobile Technology. If I need someone to discuss Mobile, I call him. I recommend him to every customer or contact who wants to work with a friendly and skilled account manager.
I’ve known Paul for over 4+years and I must say he is one of the most dedicated sales professionals I worked with over my career. Besides Paul’s strong technical acumen he posses a keen ability to match customer needs with the appropriate technology, hence his closure track record. I would highly recommend Paul to any company looking for a seasoned technical sales professional.
Paul was a great resource. We were implimenting new Storage and Linux Architecture. He guided my team and jumped in to work on the new SAN and Linux systems. He built out scripts and transitioned to our team. His security and storage expertise were always valued and he had input on multiple projects for our team.
I can recommend Paul without hesitation. Paul's comprehensive IT skills are only made more valuable by his direct no-nonsense approach to problem solving.
Paul is a hungry, motivated, and intelligent territory manager. His hunting and closing skills are completely transferable to any technology. Paul would be an asset to any team.
I hired Paul into EMC five or so years ago. He owned all pre-sales technology consulting for the entire EMC portfolio for all commercial accounts for the state of Connecticut. A LOT of responsibility and activity required.
Paul is one of the most naturally intelligent people I know and his interest in technology goes beyond professional and into 'hobbying.' I mention this because his technology competence ramp time was unprecedented among my outside hires. He picks it up fast.
His energy level is high. This translated into high activity. This did NOT translate into calls asking me what to do now. Paul understood his role and the greater market strategies such that he applied any 'spare' time/energy toward initiatives that furthered the greater strategy (whether increased footprint or getting ahead of the curve on new techs). I never worried about 'what he was doing.'
His effect on customers could be described as comforting. One call with Paul and a customer of any skill set will know that they are in good hands. The solution proposed will be on the mark with the right mix of different products; basic understandings of 'how things work' are imparted.
I would surely hire Paul again. I can't recommend him highly enough.

While working for me at RedRoller his areas of responsibility included all of Information Technology for a budding start up; Infrastructure, Security, Database Operations, Deployment and PCI compliance. He is very well versed in all things security and would be a welcome addition to any team.
Paul was the "go to" guy everyone counted on in the RedRoller rorganization. He was literally on-call 24/7. He is a respected leader who motivates by example. I highly recommend Paul and look forward to working with him again in the very near future.
I had the pleasure to work with Paul for a handful of years at Symantec. During this time we saw a lot of change. New management, product changes and delays, territory changes. Nothing that was thrown at him caused him to skip a beat. Paul has the ability to take what comes his way and make it his own in very short order. He’s practically unflappable. Paul also had boundless energy and a knack for creating instant rapport with just about anyone he meets. A quality I always appreciated (and admired) was the way Paul can candidly express his feelings without alienating people. You always know where you stand with Paul regardless if you are his manager, peer or customer. Paul’s a guy you figure out where you can fit him into your team, because if you don’t, someone else will. I would jump at the opportunity to work with Paul again.
