Patrick Senti

I learnt Patrick to value as a very professional software architect and a great project leader. I was impressed by the perfect foresight he had in defining Credit Suisse's new architecture document (SAD) and its subsequent tool implementation.
I never before met a a project leader who was so clear about project scope and responsibilities. This - I assume - is also his secret to deliver always on time and in the agreed quality whatever it may be.
It was a pleasure to work with him as he is candid and always open to discuss all aspects of work in order to leverage upcoming opportunities and remedy risks and problems.

I was employed by Patrick and worked on his team for 18 months from 2000 to 2002. In that time, Patrick's team grew from 3 people to over 20, including local and international resources. Patrick is an excellent manager and I found him to be extremely visionary, and excellent at communicating and taking his team on a journey of discovery. He was able to achieve fantastic results for his clients and he also had the time to mentor his staff and encourage us to choose areas in which we wanted to excel and provide the training and opportunities to make that happen. I still count him as the best person I have worked for in a fairly long career!

It was a real pleasure working with Patrick. Not only he possesses an extensive knowledge of ebusiness and has a very creative yet grounded view of business, but is also a level-headed, approachable and enthusiastic person and a good team player. He is an asset to any team.

Patrick, is a deeply skilled and highly organized professional. Being a team player he is also a pleasure to work with and I can recommend him for any position that seeks to leverage his talents.
