Panos is a rare kind of strategic planner and a rare type of coworker.

He has a great variety of skills and personal references that go beyond simple research or basic inspiration skills, while at the same time he is so open minded that he can listen and adopt a different idea from his, in a way that everyone in a creative team will benefit.

He is friendly and fun to work with, and so professional that he can manage a tricky situation without messing things. He never rises a wall between him and his colleagues, but instead he supports his beliefs in a way that you can understand the reasons behind them.

Panos is a smart, intellectual, creative and absolutely brilliant individual with a great personality, a permanent smile on his face and ideas that deliver real results. He is a hard working planner, always aware of current trends and insights.

In addition, he is one of those odd people that can make complex issues seem like child’s play. I truly value his knowledge, integrity and willingness to help in any situation, as he belongs to that rare people (that will likely become extinct) that know how to listen without judging or rejecting creative ideas, but then again build on some idea to make it better and better.

Apart from his responsibilities, I appreciate the fact that he always manages to juggle account direction, project management, and media planning all whilst at the same time miraculously making his way through two wine-tasting trips a week.

Panos is the kind of planner that will approach the brief from an angle so unexpected and true that no one would have seen it coming. The best kind that is.

He not only can ignite the creative fire with a strike of his pen, but he is always there eager to help, always with a warm smile and a pure gentleman's attitude.
I don't remember him delivering the words "No" or "This is wrong" or stuff like that, but i can sure remember a couple of times that i happily went his way although i was strongly supporting the opposite way at the beginning of the conversation.

When we first met i was surprised by the way his wittiness and knowledge was not limited to the narrow area of his expertise, but was expanded to several other creative techniques, problem solving procedures and innovational mechanisms.

Last but not least he is a helluva guy, he is the person you wanna have a cup of tea with and start your day or a good single malt at the end of another wild day in this crazy industry of ours.
