With 30 years of proven performance in International/Domestic Marketing Strategy, Sales and New Business Development across several vertical markets, Ms. Kirk has focused the last 21 years in the luxury residential and commercial real estate markets of New York City and Miami – two of the top ten global markets.
Ms. Kirk graduated from Emory University with a BA in International Relations and Psychobiology. Having a
passion for politics, Ms. Kirk completed her MA in Middle East Politics from the WUJS Institute in Israel.
While working as the Marketing Director for an Israeli software company, TiS, after their IPO on NASDAQ, Ms. Kirk was brought back to the U.S. to be the Marketing Director for the High-Tech Law Practice at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy (the fifth largest global law firm). During a technology conference in 1999, she met the Israeli Economic Minister who subsequently appointed her to the Midwest region.
Ms. Kirk spent three years serving as the Israeli Economic Director in Chicago. To date, she is the youngest appointed diplomat in the history of the Israeli Government to North America. It was during this tenure that Ms. Kirk learned about real estate and decided to pursue a career in the industry.
Ms. Kirk started her career in Miami in 2004. Given her international network from diplomacy and domestic
network from Wall Street, Ms. Kirk immediately focused on the luxury residential market (defined as properties at $2M+). She has on-site sales and marketing experience for two luxury development projects - Sales Director for The Regency in Lawrence, NY (starting at $2M+) and Sales Executive at Fendi Chateau Residences in Surfside, FL (starting at $6.5M+).
Ms. Kirk’s last closed transaction was a new construction six-bedroom townhome at 253 West 18th Street in NYC. Originally listed at $14.99M, Ms. Kirk represented the buyer, Elena Sapir, and it closed at $12.8M. Ms. Kirk also represented Jean Denoyer for the relocation of his iconic NYC restaurant, Brasserie Ruhlmann, in January 2020. With a valuation of $36M, the transaction did not close due to the pandemic.
Important Note: Ms. Kirk is a committed philanthropist. In 2016, she took a year off from real estate to help Usher raise funds for his nonprofit, Usher’s New Look. As the Chief Development Officer, Ms. Kirk was able to resolve the organization’s growth challenges leading to a record-breaking year in revenue and new strategic relationships.
