Having a good work-life balance should not be a requirement because you have a demanding job. It should be the starting point that allows you to handle that job in the first place whilst enjoying life outside business hours. Being virtually available 24/7 through your smartphone makes that even more difficult. I can not only share with you my experience (and for sure ongoing challenges) but also challenge you in decisions you are facing or support you with options.
And besides that... I am Dutch, so I can be brutally honest or direct, but always respectful!
