Product Manager @MindTickle. Previously @Wingify, @Zycus and @ForbesMarshall. Deep expertise in B2B SaaS across various domains.
We agonize over the minutest details of a user interface but very rarely do we pay that much attention to the words on that interface. I achieved a 12% increase in daily active users by rewriting the product copy of a scaled-up SaaS application. It is the highest leverage product change you can make. I can help craft your in-product messaging strategy or consult on specific pages/screens/features that you wish to refine.
Product Management is a challenge at the best of times. But its more so if you are from a non-technical background. If you are from a non-technology/non-coding background, I'd love to help you get into Product Management.
I'll cover everything from how to work with engineers to how to actually understand the technical aspects of your product.
PS - When I started out, I fell somewhere in between. I'm an engineer but not a software engineer. So I can relate to both ends of the spectrum
Your onboarding is the first thing a user will experience in your product. It's your product's elevator pitch so you've got to get it right. I've revamped onboarding (multiple times) for 3 scaled-up B2B products in different domains. Each time, I was able to (eventually) get the metrics to the top and right.
Your pricing growth lever is 7.5x more effective than simply focusing on acquiring more customers. But most companies just guess their way to a "strategy". I've worked with some of the best price consultants out there like Price Intelligently. These guys are super good but they can cost a bomb. I'm not that great, but I know my stuff. I've successfully revamped pricing for two scaled up products, also I'm not that expensive :)
